I called in to ask a question about my checking account and was told I was auto approved for a $1500 CLI on my credit card.

They also dropped my APR from 19.99 to 12.99

Is it just me, or has there been a lot of luv shown to/from US Bank on these forums lately? I hope this is a trend as I finally think my credit is fixed enough to get my secured CC with them unsecured--I am just waiting for EQ to delete my vacated judgment. My dispute will reach the 30 day mark this week.

Well I am not happy with USBank. I have had the card art least 5 days and no CLI yet

I may decide not to use it untill they increase my CL - it is only 5 figures.

They have given love and they have received it justifiabily. Wish you luck and hope you get some love too from them. Keep us posted.

I bank at US Bank and while I can't say for sure if that has anything to do with it, they've been very good to me with my LOC and Visa card.

Although being a customer is always a plus, with anyone really, they tend to be pretty fair across the board regardless it seems.

TU98 was 682 (TU04 was 698) when I applied on 1/17/2009 -- or thereabout. Util around 30%. I rec'd prob 5 pre-apps from them and finally took the bait. Rec'd 3k.

INQ: 2 (Dec08, Jan09)

New Accts: Chase/Aug08, Mtg(sold immediately)/Aug08, Mtg/Aug08, FurnitureCFL/Aug08, AmexGreen/Oct08, Ikea/Dec08

New Accts (aged 6-12 months): Cap1/Jan08, Discover/Feb08, BofA/Mar08 (lost card), BofA/Mar08 (new acct #)
