Is there a difference between a Sam's Discover card and regular Discover card? Someone told me you can use the Sam's discover at other locations.

The Discover card is issued by Discover bank, and the Sams Club card is issued by GEMB, and processed on the Discover network.

Since the Sams Club Discover is processed on the Discover network (like an actual Discover card), you can use it anywhere Discover is accepted.

I got the card offer when I was at Sams this week.

I gotta say that Sams has been good to me, But, I spend a lot there too!

The Sam's Discover is a legit Discover, unlike the Wal*Mart labeled one!

Maybe I was too quick to turn it down!

It had a 1% cash back but I dont know what the limit was.
