I closed my buckle account with them and it did that for months. Eventually I couldn't even login anymore. I would suspect that's what probably is going to happen with you.

Comenity closure question

I closed a comenity card a few months ago. It was Express, I used it once to buy some socks and then not again. I closed it, and got confirmation letter saying it was closed and reported as closed by consumer. It's reflected on my credit reports as closed with $0 balance.
Today, the login site popped up in my browser and since I have my passwords saved, I logged in. It looks open. It shows $0 balance, but it still shows my credit limit and still shows available credit. I sent a message and they confirmed that it is indeed closed, but that just seems weird to me. (Not that everything about comenity isn't already weird.) is this normal for them to basically leave my online account as is?

Yeah ive read that this has happened with Comenity. Causes confusion to the point some actually try to use their card just to see if it works. If it wasnt Comenity we wouldnt have quagmires
