Second Chase card after approval

Was just approved for CSP after receiving a 'selected for you based on relationship' offer

Still have the other offer staring at me for the Freedom Unlimited. What is the policy on this and wouldn't they remove that other offer if I chose one. I don't think I'll open another card, but thought this was interesting since I thought it was kind of like where Capital One for instance only lets you do one card every 6 months whereas before, like a year or so ago, you could just app back to back and be approved without any problem.

I was approved for 2 Chase cards about 20 minutes apart.

Applied for the 1st one (Freedom), called for verification....approved.

Applied for 2nd one (Disney), this time they called me for verification...approved.

I did not have an offer for either.

I think their policy is 2 Chase cards within 30 days.

And of course the 5/24 for some cards, except if you have an offer.

They double pull or let you use the same one? I need to sit on my hands though

For me, they used the same inquiry. I have read that they may double pull though.

I got instant approval for freedom unlimited for $4500 and afterwards applied for CSP and instant approval for $8000 with a few unpaid collections a little over a year old with 650 FICO. I believe they used the same credit report. I didnt see a 2nd inquiry yet. Chase seems lenient lately.

About a month ago I was approved for the CSP with a 16.9k limit and about 4 hours later was approved for the freedom unlimited for 6k. They used the same hard pull.
