AmEx MR to JetBlue transfer bonus!

Good things come to those who wait! I made a thread about how I needed my MR sign up bonus now so I could top off my JetBlue account, but unfortunately AmEx is holding it until my statement closes later this month.

Anyone going to take advantage of this? I know there are quite a few JetBlue fliers on here. Sure this isn't a fantastic deal, but now you get equal transfer ratio and I was going to transfer anyway, so works for me.

This is very good deal. Just last week I transferred points and I got only 200. May be I should call them and ask them.

Good luck, AmEx is known to be pretty stingy about handing out extra points like that.

I thought it is JetBlue that gives the points. I was going to call JetBlue and see if they give additional points to me. I also have a JetBlue Barclay MasterCard and getting points from that card also.

I'm not sure how that works. I said AmEx because the points transfer is initiated through them.

You're correct. If you're trying to match an offer, it would be Amex that you contact

I called JetBlue. They said I have to call Amex. Calling Amex now. Do you know when did they announce it. I transfered my points on 4/27.

I called Amex and they say it is JetBlue who needs to resolve. I called JetBlue and they say it is Amex who needs to resolve. I kind feel carpet is pulled under my feet by both companies. I asked Amex to complain to their leadership. She said to call back in 10 days. It kind of sucks. I lost many points that should have been given to me if I waited couple of days. No reward for being a good customer to either Amex or JetBlue. This kind of sucks.

Wow that really sucks. How many points did you transfer over? Was it a large amount?
