NFCU - What does this dialogue mean?

I thought I'd pull the trigger on my first CLI for my cashRewards CC (opened on 12/13/16. I clicked to verify my info, then it pulled up the login screen. I logged in and, after a slow time loading, it said this:

A condition exists on your card that prevents you from requesting a limit increase. Please contact Navy Federal toll-free in the U.S. at 1-888-842-6328

When I clicked exit on the dialogue box, it brought me back to the login screen. I logged in again to see if anything was there, and it gave me the same dialogue box. Does anyone know what this is? It looks like something you'd see for a secured card, but this card was never secured.

I've gotten that before and was told it was a server or connection error. I would log out and try again.

If you get the same thing. Try on a different server or to clear your browsing history. Hopefully one of those solutions will fix the problem.

It is not suggested to call tho, because that is almost 100% of the time a hard pull if they manually do it for you.

Thanks for the input. I am using a computer that has a tendency for lagging on the internet. I'll try again later.

It happened to myself the other day, so I called.

The CSR verified who I was, ensured that here wasn't anything wrong with my account.

He then asked if he could help with the CLI request.

I agreed to a Hard Pull if it went to review, so that he could submit it.

He submitted it, then informed me of my most recent credit line increase.

I logged in on my phone and tried again. I went from $1,300 to $8,000. Not too bad.
