Does Cap1 upgrade credit offers if you don't take what they are offerring on the prequal site. I have a prequal for QS! and a Platinum card.......I already have the QS. My Ficos EQ 750, TU 779, Ex 787, income north of 175K.....no baddies in 5 years.....I have numerous cards over 20K and multiple PSLOC......util around 3-4%

There is an active and recent thread about this here: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/Capital-One-check-for-upgrade-link/td-p/4934733 you will see other offers once you qualify. It's offering me QS (which I already have) and V1 which I consider a major dowgrade actually.

I checked that link and got the same offer to "upgrade"; I have the QS too!
