Give us a call and we'll get you back on track.&lt;BR /&gt;1-866-381-0454&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had the same cell number (my only number) for 15 years+. &amp;nbsp;A few months ago I switched from Sprint to Google Fi. &amp;nbsp;Google Fi doesn't have contracts, it's prepaid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only other info I could find online is &amp;nbsp;a recent flyertalk thread about capital one verification code errors:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;lt;mod edit&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Sorry, we can't put direct links to that site here.&amp;nbsp; --UB&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the number and the CSR said this is a new thing that just started with Capone. &amp;nbsp;They verify your phone bill is in your name (mine is). &amp;nbsp;It doesn't work for group plans if you're under a family plan or whatever and it doesn't work for "prepaid" phone plans. &amp;nbsp;And this is the ONLY way they can verify you online. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise they have ways to verify me if I call them. &amp;nbsp;So I basically have to call if I ever want to do a balance transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whether that is true, idk. &amp;nbsp;But fyi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Am getting really angry with all this verification, once you verify its you to originally access online info that should be it. If it continues to go this way I will just cancel all online access and return to the old fashioned way (all by mail).</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I don't mind the verification...but if the&amp;nbsp;verification process is broken then, maybe they should fix that lol! &amp;nbsp;Seems a bit amateur to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I signed up for CapOne it rejected my Google Voice number (which is probably what Google Fi ported your old number to). &amp;nbsp;Annoying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
