CapONE Dinning Rewards Card

Has anyone got this new World Elitte mastercard from Capital one? I don't use my QS card anymore and closed my Venture card. I would love to get the QS PC to the dinning card but they tell me on the website I'm not elligable. I reached out on FB so we'll see if I can get some help. Has anyone been able to PC to this new card? Does anyone have it and like it?

Don't think from what I have seen so far capital one isn't doing any product changes to the new card yet.

I got the card. Login. Click Services/More/Request Account Combination. If a combo is available. The dining card will light up. But it doesnt for me. So as the poster above said. Not yet.
