Walmart CC shenanigans

I was approved for Wally card in fall of 2015, starting limit was 1k, then eventually it was increased to 5000 SL. I barely use it these days because I don't shop there often and, even if I do, I pay with other CC's. Well, today I logged into my account and guess what? My SL is reduced 1524$!! How the heck they came up with such a bizzare number??? Well, it's not over. On the bottom of login page I see this:

Guessing you haven't used it in a year or two to get the CLD to an odd number. They usually do the odd number to get your attention and start using it again to get your CL restored. It's an easy get for little effort. Just use and call CS or hit the button online to get it all back and then some.

oh wow, mines remained at 900 since opening, asked for a cli once or twice always a denial, figured i'll just let it sit now
