Statement cut this morning .I owe 180 on a 1k card. But it says min due 0.00 on June 21th. What's up with that?

My online account OFTEN says "no payment due" at the beginning of the statement cycle, even though I know my last payment went through before statement close. I believe they, in effect, let you "pay ahead" one statement if you make above the minimum payment.

Wait........what? So if your minimum is say 20 bucks and you pay 100, you get a credit of sorts towards next months payment?

I would think (and only if possible) paying in full the balance whether there is a minimum payment due or not would be the way to go...just my 2 cents...

From what i have seen if you make a payment on true due date no matter the amount you will have a payment due the next mth , but anytime I make a payment on my due date and bf my statement cuts I don't have a payment due the next mth

I think that is what happens in actuality. I don't know what the actual intent is, because I have also seen it where it says "No Payment Due" for the first week online, and then all of a sudden there will be an amount due showing on the 7th day.

I ALWAYS double check halfway through the statement cycle.
