What the heck is "Robo Lady" ???

I've googled it, I have searched it on here, I have read 5 threads on it..... and I STILL don't know what it is or what is being referred to other than it has something to do with credit limit increases on store cards. Is it an app ? Is it a paid for service? Is it simply pushing the "increase you CL button" when logged into your card acct ? and what is the "love button" ???

Can someone please enlighten me and all the other newbies on here ?

Robolady is the friendly robot lady that answers the phone at Comenity when you call the toll free # for customer service..etc... The autoattendant that can do CLI's, etc..

I've always assumed it was the automated system that responds to questions when you call a CC company.
If I'm wrong, I hope someone enlightens both of us 😂

ahhhh ok, I didn't know there was a customer service # for Comenity cards, I have a few new ones but have not even gotten them in the mail yet . Is it one number for all the Comenity cards or does each card/store have it's own Robo Lady and phone # ?

Robolady simply refers to the lady who gives you account information and directs you to where you need when you call up on one of your Comenity cards

Each card may have different numbers to call, often found on back of each individual card. When prompted to say what you are calling for you can say credit limit increase and she normally responds," Sure, i can help you with that..." and you go on to give all pertinent info.

the luv / love button just refers to the credit limit increase button found on any of your accounts page . Some luv buttons are sp, or soft pull increase requests like Discovers while other can be hp or hard pull requests.
