When a company sends a letter requesting a utility bill as proof of residence, is that usually all that is making the application pending? Or could I still be getting a decline letter in the mail?

At least a sane company wouldn't ask for proof of residence if they had not already checked all financial stuff. So I think you will get the card.

It is normal and most likely it is an approval. Good Luck and keep us posted with the outcome.

If there asking for that info your already approved only if the can verify your address.

Most likey it's approved. Quickest way, call them then give the rep your bank's phone number. They will call your bank and verify the address.
