Which issuers expedite replacements mid-travel?

Which issuers will send an expedited replacement card mid-travel (that is, to an address other than your billing address) in the event of card loss or fraud? Which will do so internationally? And which only ship it snail mail, or to the billing address?

I've had Discover get a replacement card to me in the middle of domestic travel. I've even apped for a new Amex and gotten the card mid-travel (after answering several security questions).

I've heard many reports of Amex expediting replacement Platinums to far corners of the earth. Chase has a reputation for it, too, though, I've been at home for all my replacements with them.

How is Citi about this on Prestige and Costco? Other big banks and credit unions?

I've lost Sallie and PRG cards before and had no urgent need for them, so I didn't request expedited replacements...though the CSRs didn't volunteer to do it, either.

A few weeks ago, I threw away my QS while I was at my secondary home (I work in a different state and have an apt there). C1 sent it to my apt address for me after I informed them I wouldn't be at my perm home address for a few weeks. (I didn't ask them to expedite bc I didn't need it asap, and they didn't offer).

AMEX: they'll overnight internationally through DHL last I checked but that's still dependent on where you need it shipped to on when you get the card. CapOne: I've only experienced their domestic overnight which is possible with a request.
