GEMB/Paypal CLD...my first

Well it finally happened to me GEMB lowered my paypal buyer credit from $450 to $100. Funny thing is that my score is about 100 points higher than when I applied. Plus my util has finally reported to 1%.

Oh well I was thinking of closing them anyway, this just gives me the push I needed to do it.

This scares me i have 3 accounts with GE an i don't really have a clue on what there looking for. Did you not use your card often?

I used it alot at first to take advantage of the no interest offer. After the first 4 months I used it every couple months, I never went three months without usage. I hear they are hurting though.

Yeah like most banks now. Well they got one good time to CLD to $100 what can i do with a card with that limit.

Don't close it, don't give them the satisfaction of winning. I'd use it every other month at McDonalds, or Taco Bell or Subway, etc etc etc. and PIF before the statement cuts. Keep it open and shove it in their face! Eventually, maybe in three or four years (seems like a lng time but its not) all of our credit limits will start going up again.

I called and talked to a rep about it, he couldn't reinstate the limit. He said a letter had been sent to explain the decrease. Maybe I'll get a free credit report out of it.

I decided to keep it open until the next review in 4 months. Maybe I'll look into those packs of gum!

Too bad its only for ebay, no taco bell!

When I mentioned closing, he got really frantic and put alot into getting me to keep it open. A good limit would make me keep it open!

I dont know if you remember hearing a story about a taco bell located in the village, manhattan. Taco bell had to shut one of it stores because there were rats running all over the place at night. They had cameras showing all the rats in everything and on everything.

I keep checking my Paypal BC to see if anything changes as well.

On the side note, imagine if these fast food chains did have credit cards...LOL. "The more you eat tacos, the rewards build to eat more tacos!"

We don't have very many rats in California, except the ones who work for our state government.

My burrito was delicious and I did not die. To me thats a win-win.

Yeah I remember seeing that on tv. That video was crazy.

there stock just went into meltdown phase earlier this week $11/share...down from the 38 a year ago.
