Are there any rewards cards out there that give you special bonus rewards or perks on TicketMaster spend? This is a huge spend category for me - it's the #1 reason I travel. Right now I just put it on straight cash back cards.

The Citi Thank You cards (Preferred, Preferred for College Students, Premier, Prestige) offer 2x on entertainment.

Of course, I have no idea how you'd value the TY points. They aren't generally as popular as equivalent points from Amex MR or Chase UR.

Amex has done Ticketmaster promotions before, but not with any regularity.

Marvel Mastercard offers 3% CB on entertainment.

If I remember right, Visa and Mastercard counts TicketMaster as Entertainment. So Marvel at 3% for entertainment, restaurants, and marvel purchases is your best bet. If it counts as Movie Tickets though, get a US Bank Cash+ for 5%.

Don't forget to factor in any bonus. If you'd only use the card for TM, it could take many years for the extra 1% or 2% for category spend to out-earn a card with a nice bonus, especially if you can use points and miles efficiently.
