Just closed yesterday on a new home. How long till I can apply for a couple of credit cards.

Now that you have closed you are perfectly fine to apply for new credit cards. Congrats on the new home.

I applied for my first credit card about a month after I closed on my house. If you got approved for a mortgage, you should be fine for a credit card.

Congrats on your new home. I would imagine you'd be fine for a couple cards. Knowing your AAoA, scores, etc would make it easier to say for sure.

My biggest concern is their anyway it could hurt the mortgage.

If you already closed, the loan is funded and you're good to go

I applied for Citi DC and Blispay the day that I closed on my house (after I signed everything) and didn't have any problems with the mortgage or the cards.
