Anyone have experience with this card or bank? Its a regional bank, in which I qualify for but havent heard much of. Seems liek they pull EQ, but hows the CS, SL? Inquiry/account senstive?

For Citizens Bank customers (formerly Charter One): Each time you visit your bank, ask if there are any offers available? They will tell you if you're "already" approved and will know your SL before you accept + No Hard Inquiry!!! Repeat every 3 to 4 months for the same approval & accept it. Combine new card with original to increase CL & close newest card. I found this to be the fastest way to increase card limit. Reached $23,400 in the past 9 months (YMMV).
Max CL of this card = $25,000
Rewards = 1.5% per dollar + Bank Relationship Bonus (meaning you have a Citizens bank account) + Usage Bonus (every 6 consecutive months of usage = bonus).
Customer Service Agents are friendly and helpful.
Slight disconnect between branch & Card Services, so don't take your card issues into the branch, they'll just refer you to customer service.
Set up & perform regular online Card Payments (pull) for next day posting. Never try internal Account-to-Card funds Transfers = 3 business day processing time.
They encourage and LOVE for you to perform Balance Transfers, so be ready to get tons of those checks as well as online BT offers.
ATM Cash Advance withdrawals up to $400 per day up to your assigned maximum Cash Limit.
Down side: Standard CLIs are every 9 months.
Down side: APR reductions not available upon request, but are reviewed automatically once a year and will only be notified if any reduction, else, no change.
Cards do have security chips as of this year.
I'm constantly sending suggestions to add Freeze/Locks on these cards via mobile surveys.

Thanks, so much useful info! Before I read this, I went ahead and applied for the checking and the cash back card. App for card went pending, csr said it may take 30 days?? If approved, ill def do the in branch approval trick.
