Bank of America Price Protection Question

Hi,

So this is my first time wanting to use the Price Protection feature and if it's pretty easy I'll use it more often.

We purchased an outdoor large umbrella at our local grocery store about a month ago. Original cost price was $39.99 but when we bought it it was in sale for $29.99. Just went in today and signage now shows a sale price of $19.99. It's not in their weekly ad but there's signage all over the store showing it.

Would I just take a picture of Timmy receipt and another of the new sale price with the signage or how would I do it? Also, is there somewhere on BofA's website to submit the Price Protection claim?

What card from Bank of America do you have? At least for the Cash Rewards, there is no Price Protection benefit. If you go to Visa Eclaims site and use the card number of a BOA Cash Rewards, it will only allow claims for Collision Damage Waiver and Purchase Protection/Security. On the cardbenefitservices.com site, it only allow a warranty manager claim (Extended Warranty). Athought the return protection claim does not appears in the Visa benefits site like with Chase cards I'm not sure if it's included in the benefits guide.
