Combining 3 Capital One accounts

I currently have 3 Capital One accounts. One with $750 CL, one with $2,500 CL, and a business with $2,000. The $750 card has an annual fee and is the longest held of the 3. Would it be possible for me to merge all 3 into one account? Would the annual fee now apply to this one account? Will they merge a business with personal account?

LOL, yeah, that's pretty much a MOTO reply. I guess I should have asked if anyone has had any experience doing this.
