Central WEMC concierge phone number?

Is there still a centralized WEMC concierge? Does anyone have the current phone number?

Or do WEMC card issuers contract individually with concierge service providers?

In particular, if I've already submitted a research request to Aspire Lifestyles via my Prestige WEMC, is there a separate WEMC service I could contact to have another pair of eyes looking into it?

The Amex Platinum concierge service is also on it. The Visa Sig rep said my research request was outside of the types of services they provide.

Prestige is my only WEMC. If I call the number on the back of my Prestige, I'd get directed to Aspire again (where there's someone looking into it already).

But my understanding is that Aspire's contract is with Citi, and that there's a separate service that MC arranges that all WEMC cards can use. Is that not the case?

That number did help. Accoridng to the concierge I spoke with:

1. The number to call depends on the CC. There is no universal direct number.

2. Citi doesn't offer access to the WEMC concierge, but only Aspire's. Most WEMC issuers use WEMC's concierge, but Citi is an odd duck.

3. WEMC concierges can address a broader variety of requests than VS ones.

So I actually lack access to the WEMC service, but it shouldn't be a problem as the other two (from Platinum and Prestige) have a good track record in my experience. I can try the WMC service another time.

I wonder if the Chase Visa Infinite concierge is at a better tier than the Visa Signature.

I don't believe that it is but the JP Morgan Concierge that comes with the Chase Ritz Carlton is a level above.

It is a bit odd that they offer it on a cobrand, but not their proprietary CSR...or even, according the website, JPMR.
