Or it could be thier way of telling you that your accounts are being shut down. I've had no problems logging in

I'm new to NFCU. I initially had problems logging into their website today but then logged into my NFCU app then back into the site with no problems.

My regular bank accounts were good, but the credit lines were down earlier today. They are all back up and running again.

No such luck on the AMEX app showing up either....

I also had problems today. Then it partially came back up... except my FICO and visa. Now everything is working again for me.

They may still be working out some issues. I spoke with customer service a few days ago (on the 15th) to make sure my payment went through because I noticed a glitch on the website. She apologized and said there was a known issue. For some reason credit cards were showing with $0 and the orange payment button was gone. I actually went through the transfer button instead to make my payment. She described exactly what happened without me saying and that they have been getting lots of calls. I thought for a minute they were closing my accounts. I'm really glad that wasn't the case!

This happened to me a few weeks back. I just knew I was locked out and had my CC closed. Need to stop checking my accounts so much.

I don'tknow about today 8/20 but I had issues on 8/15. It showed 0 on all my credit card info. I thought they had shut me down. I contacted them in a secure message and asked why and they sent the following response:
