Barlcay Double App?

Does anyone know if you can get two CCs with one pull with Barclay? I had to app for Ring today, and see Arrival and Arrival plus both look interesting.

According to DoC:

Barclay will combine multiple pulls, but some things to consider:

Possible to do up to three cards at a time, but usually they’ll only auto approve you for one card and approve one more after you call reconsideration
Barclay is primarily a UK credit card issuer, as such their days are based on GMT. Keep this in mind when making your applications.

Oh, that's a good list they have there. And they were right for many of the ones that I'm aware of. I wonder if "at a time" is different than "same day?" I tend to think not given the second statement. I remember when I did CO, I hesitated with my second application and it end of being done just after 11pm my time, but showed up on my CR as the following day, which resulted in more than 3 pulls. I think that's what the second statement is referring to, meaning that it has to be done same day.
