Is there a thread on here about this? I can’t find one and figured after all these years someone would have started one. Maybe there isn’t or maybe I am just not searching the right terms. If anyone knows of one could you please post a link to it? Thanks

I don't know of one, honestly. You would think that logically the lenders would use the CB that they provide FICO, Vantage or "educational" scores for; although they certainly could (and likely do) pull from others.

Impossible question really to answer.. As some lenders use say EQ or Experian for many of their AR's, but they certainly could say pull TU once or twice a year as well as I have seen such lenders as Amex has done just to make sure nothing funky is going on. So in my opinion most lenders lean towards one CRA, but will randomly will pull others say on a yearly or twice yearly basis to make sure you haven't been a bad person, etc.

Based on my reports pulled sometime this past February, Capital One pulled all three bureaus for account review purposes in December and January. Barclays pulled TU and EX in January, but that doesn't mean that they wouldn't have pulled EQ at some other point. Synchrony pulled TU in December, and Wells Fargo pulled EQ in January. Chase did a couple of EX pulls in November, but it's not clear what their purpose was.

(2) i know of for sure with my cards is that US Bank always does AR with TU and Citicards always does Equifax.

I just ordered and received my TU hard copy this week so i want to order EX + EQ in the next few weeks to better pinpoint who is been doing what with AR and such and gives me an idea on the progresss finally shedding other INQ's that always helps in inching up your FICO Score too.
