It was declining stating they are getting empty credit report from EX. I have checked my EX and there are two hard inq's on it. I tried to cal HSBC and talked to them with no use. I dropped the issue after that. I have two wasted hard inq's on my EX. I think the Citi amexs are easier to get. I have Soverign Bank Amex Card issued by FIA Card Services ( FIA is part of BOA ). I love the card.
