Kudos to Chase

I had the 10% back at Walmart for Chase Pay promo last month. One of my purchases never credited the 8.5% bonus. SM'd Chase this morning and after a couple times back and forth, I got the points added to my current available UR balance!

Except for the first CSR who said that $100-something was "exceeding the $250 total cap", I wouldn't say reluctant. It was Walmart that screwed up, really. They killed the pending charge and rebilled it (adjusted by a couple cents) in September.

It's refreshing to see someone post a kudo for good service. So often we're more eager to post a bad experience than a good one.
