Citi cards EO email address?

Anyone have an email address contact for the Citi EO? I've used the Citi cards EO phone number from the backdoor numbers thread and have had mixed results. Sometimes I get someone on the phone, other times I get some odd recording that says to leave a message, but the recording doesn't even identify it as being Citi. Over the phone the two times I've spoken with EO reps (two different ones) they were unable to fix/resolve the issues I presented them with. Since they were phone calls, I have no written record of them, which is one of the main reasons I prefer email for correspondence. If anyone can provide me with a way to contact the Citi EO via email that would be great. Thank you!

I know I can get the EO to call me back from an email to the CEO, but I was trying to avoid the phone and get a direct email address to someone at the EO.

You will still receive a call back from the EO. They no longer do email back and forth to customers in the personal credit department aside from home loans.

I'm guessing that Citi's lawyers have advised the executive office to keep such conversations verbal, and not to put anything in writing. The lawyers don't want you to have a written record.

I guess that makes sense. I suppose we need to start recording phone conversations with these reps the same way they record us every time?

Not necessarily a good idea. Quite a few states have laws specifically prohibiting the recording of a phone call without the other person’ consent.
