      <title>Lowe's - Unfortunate Side Effect of Website Changes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those of us with larger Amazon limits have long lamented the fact that the LUV button for a CLI is unusable and the only way to get an increase is to contact Credit Solutions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, now that Synchrony has changed the Lowe's website to match, it appears to be the case there as well.&amp;nbsp; I decided to take the $25k to $35k plunge last week, and noticed that Lowe's no longer allows you to ask for a specific amount.&amp;nbsp; I got the 7-10 day message and got the same letter today that I have had from my Amazon card since raising it to $12k:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SYNCHRONY BANK has recently reviewed your request to increase the credit line on your Lowe's Advantage Card Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not able to assign the credit line you requested because it exceeds the amount of increase our policy allows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your credit line as of the date of this letter is $25,000.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what the LUV button max will be, but it looks like anyone wanting a really high line with Lowe's will be forced to call CS going forward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
