I realized that when my credit score goes above 700 , alot of my credit cards start to send me 12 or 18 months 0 percent interest transfer offers , when my score was maybe 600 , most of my credit card never send me 0 percent interest transfer offers.

Now, what if i pay off my all my balances before my 12 to 18 months expires , and maintain my score above 730 or something like that , the big question is WILL they resend another 12 to 18 months no interest transfer offer again? lets say for big credit card companies like CHASE , American express , discover , citi , capital one , bank of america , wells fargo , US bank , Barclay , Penfed , etc. etc. etc. will they resend another transfer offer?

another question , does credit card companies keep records of you , always keep paying off your balances before the 0 percent time frame expires , and they realized your pattern and after a while they do not want to resend you offer anymore because of that?

Advice would be appreicated , thank you

These offers will remain. The offers are for the new (different product) cards, not for new customers (typically, from what I've seen).

Sometimes you can get the offer with the same product card... but that's definitely more YMMV... I would avoid doing that.

From Citi alone I've gotten bonus cash/points and/or 0% apr when opening 4 different cards with them all these years. I have 3 different Chase cards, same deal. Etc.

Some people get them, I do not, but then I still am working down a 4.99% Forever offer from ages ago.

AMEX - No. Only on a new card, and good luck getting that completed.

Discover - Yes, 12 months for a 3% fee, or a 4.99% rate with no fee. Also can be combined with a request for them to give you a 0% on purchases for 12 months, you can ask for that every 18 months (have to wait 6 months after the end of the 12 month 0% rate).

Citi - Usually, yes, although certain cards may not offer BT at certain times.

Capital one - I haven't gotten any, others have.

Bank of America - Yes, though the fees for 18 months are 4% for me now. Still not a bad deal. Always available on my two BofA cards, not available on Alaska Airlines card I have.

Wells Fargo - no experience

US Bank - yes, though I think the fees they offer now are about 5% for 12 months, not a very interesting deal

Barclays - probably, but I stay away from Barclays because of their skittishness.

PenFed - Usually yes. My Promise card has a regular No Fee 4.99% offer for 12 months. Other PenFed cards get 3% BT Fee 0% APR offers.

If you use the 0% offer, and pay it off before the 0% is up, there is no sorrow on the part of the bank. They want you to pay them back. They got a fee for the balance transfer, you paid it back, you will get another BT offer (if noted above).

If you are going to be paying an amount relatively quickly (say 6 months) consider the no-BT Fee 4.99% offers. They can be slightly less costly than an up front 3% or 4% fee.

To refer to your other post chain, if you are worried about being able to balance transfer and maintain a low interest rate for a long time, the thing to do is to have multiple different banks that have these regular BT offers. Set up a BT offer with a fee for 18 months. Pay it down over time. If the amount is too much to pay in the 12 or 18 months allowed, then as that expires ( or not long after it expires ) take up another bank, and BT to that bank for a fee.

Now, full disclosure, you can get yourself into serious debt trouble this way, but in order to manage some substantial amount of debt at a bearable interest / fee rate, chained / sequential BT offers are the way to go.

Get at least one card from Citi, Bank of America, PenFed, Capital One and Discover, and be very certain to pay on time, every month.

Remember too, everything you borrow must be paid back. Borrowing is fun. Paying back can feel like torture.

Up until about 2 yrs ago, I didn't get many if any "decent" offers for transfers. Oh, I could always 0% interest, but its transfer fees that can get your money. I prefer to wait until I get 2% or less to take the offer. Now with rates slowly climbing, 3% might be the best. Of course there's zero when you get a new card usually. BTW, my fico has been over 800 for 20 years. Not bragging, just for comparison.

I am not entitled to anything.

The fact that Cap One has given me a silly amount of unsecured credit and pays me $1500 a year to use it is a privilege.

I understand what you are saying but that is why I said net $0.

Semantics aside, I find them to be quite accomidating to my needs and desires.

YMMV.
