AMEX FICO Score reporting issue

My Amex FICO scores usually update like clockwork every month but for some reason last month no update from Amex. I did some researching and came across some info relating to the fact if you have a business account on your profile FICO Scores my stop updating completely through Amex. Has anyone else experienced this type of thing?

I have 2 personals and 1 business, no problems getting EX FICO8 updates.

+1 this. I have a business and personal card with them and FICO score updates normally every month.

Me too. Have a mix of both Biz and personal cards, score updates just fine.

Maybe give CS/website support a call and see if they can resolve?

Thanks guys for the responses. I did contact Amex regarding this and was informed that due to the breach by Equifax (of course) they are upgrading there systems so that the potential affects of that breach don’t compromise them. And that sp scores should resume in November. Not sure if this is happening to other customers or members on the forum if so please chime in on your results/findings.

My score shows it was updated on 9/20. Not sure what the rule of thumb is, but that seems to be when mine updates.

I wonder of this means I wont see it update on our about 10/20?

Thats the question of the hour. I usually get 2 updates per month. One around the 24th and the other around the 30th and i didn't recieve either one. Could just be isolated unfortunately for me.
