    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I know this has come up before but i cannot find any threads on it...friend got a recent 30 day late removed from another card.&amp;nbsp; trying to cli cap1 and it comes up with "The credit reporting agency has reported a recent credit delinquency" which is not correct at this point.&amp;nbsp; chat csr and supervisor are so outsourced they&amp;nbsp;don't understand the query.&amp;nbsp; friend does not do well with these types of matter so phone is not a good option.&amp;nbsp; is there any way to have them use more current data for the cli or any other thoughts or idea would be most most welcome.&amp;nbsp; thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either apply for another credit card with them so they pull a recent report or wait until they soft your equifax to get an increase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I hit 3 statements I was trying to get a cli and they were using an old equifax report from the end of August.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only way is to just keep asking for a CLI every week and hope they pulled a more recent soft inquiry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to upgrade my Platinum to a Quicksilver with no annual fee after they updated their records with a recent eq soft pull.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
