Penfed Fun Success transferring limits

Some may know, But last year after getting a Promise card with a CLI to 7500, i opened a Gold card too(SL1000), i know.. Well right now, they have a BT offer of 3%fee at 0%APR, or 5% fee on the Promise. I called and ask to transfer 4k to the gold card so i can BT off a Venture card i have. Not sure if anyone in same position as me, but may want to know. no HP. i didnt apply for a CLI at this time.

I was going to do something similar when I got an offer from NFCU on my flagship card. Zero APR on BT for one year with zero BT fee. Just transferred a promo bal that I had on another card

Isnt Promise usually zero fee and 4.99 on interest?

I just transferred some line from Rewards to it for a BT myself w the aforementioned terms last week.
