Looking for Capital One Executive Office contact

Would anyone happen to have a Capital One executive office phone number? I'm in a pretty nasty situation where they have been in possession of a credit refund check worth 5 figures for over a month. I'm not getting anywhere with even the end of the line supervisors, who speak directly to the "payment investigations" department. The phone number listed on the backdoor numbers thread does not work.

Google "capital one executive office email" the first link should have the CEO's direct email. The phone number was shutdown because of abuse. All you have to do is email them and you should receive a call within a few days.
