Target card double reporting

Target is double reporting my store card. It looks like it happened when they switched to the chip. I had a 30 day back in 2015 so now it looks like i have two accounts with a 30 day. Anyone know who I contact to get this fixed? It appears I have to purchase an Equifax report to do a dispute that I cant dispute from myfico monthly report. I would rather not spend $20 to get a report. I dont think I have a free report to use yet either.

If the upgrade was versus recent, the old card should fall off in a statement or two.

I have been fighting the same thing for years now, since they switched the chip and it changed my card # it shows as 2 separate credit card accounts and reflects my 2 lates back in 2015 as 4 on my credit report. I've called, spoken with supervisors, submitted a dispute with credit card that came back saying my account was being reported correctly, my dispute with the credit bureau didn't fix it either. My next step will be another cb dispute but this time I went through my statements and found the actual month that the account # switched so I'm hoping maybe if I include those documents to prove that it is only ONE account with 2 late pmts rather than two accts with 4 lates, that maybe that will work. If not, I'm giving up on it since the lates are getting to be old enough to not make as much a difference. Hope you have better luck than I've had, if you figure out a way to get it corrected let me know, I've searched online and you're the first one I've seen having the same problem.
