      <description>I had US Bank's secured CC once. Great card. Too bad I abused it. &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, a favorite here is BofA's secured CC as it unsecures after 9-12 months of great history.</description>
