Thanks so much for replying do you happen to remember what the average age of your accounts was when you applied and got approved for your care credit card the reason I ask is my concern is that my credit might be too young and the average age of my account is 1.7 years even though I got my first credit card 3 years ago

Care Credit New Application Effect on scoring

I am interested in having a procedure. Cost is 5500. My TU score is 678 and equifax is around 667 and my Experian is 786. I think care credit uses Transunion though. I only have two credit cards. A secured card with a 200 credit limit and one unsecured with a 600 credit limit. I am also financing an Audi. The average age on my accounts is 1.7years. Considering the avg age is so young I'm worried about applying for the card because what if I get declined or they approve me for only a few hundred bucks? It wouldn't have been worth it. Anyone have any wisdom on this from experience? Thank you!

You should have no problem with Care Credit.

I started with them with a $4900 approval and within 10 months I got bumped up to $12000

my scores when I applied with them were 689 and I only had a discover CC with a 1500 limit at the time.
