Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I had the Fairmont Visa that was involuntarily product changed into the CSP earlier in 2017. I called at the one year anniversary date of my original Fairmont Card in Mid November to product change into the CSR. It was processed and new account reflected immediately. Here is where it gets strange, I had read that Chase always posts the AF on the 1st of the month following the anniversary date or product change... Dec 1st comes and goes with no AF, and now Jan 1st has come and gone with still no AF posting. I am curious as to whether or not I will get the entire first year free, perhaps something to do with the involuntary change earlier this year? Has anyone else had this happen? I had about $40k in spend in 2017 just in case that is relevant.

You will get it at some point, that's for sure. It took a while for them to bill me mine. Eventually I got it. I switched from the CSP to CSR in January of 2017. I got annual fee in July 2017 which was the anniversary date of the original card (CSP), which I opened in July 2015.
