This was mentioned in a thread already, but it got lost, and not many folks know about it. Existing members are eligible!! No need for that email! It states it online, and starts today, 1/3/18 thru 2/28/18. All cards eligible to BT too, except business exclusions that are stated online.

It looks like EVERYONE is eligible for a 0/12 offer with no transfer fee. I found it on their generic credit card product page. I did an online chat with them, and the person I talked to didn't really seem to be aware of the offer. He kept telling me "if you've recieved an email and your account is notated, you'll have the promotional rate applied." I finally had to copy and paste the URL to their offer to him.

This is awesome! Now I just have to figure out how to work my formula of what I’d like to transfer. I know I have to transfer almost 50-75% from my cap one card because it’s maxed out at 95% and I’m sure holding my scores down. Maybe I should post here for suggestions?

I already have two BTs on the Navy CC. lol

Navy is awesome for BTs! They beat all my other lenders in this area.

I was thinking the same thing!! How can this be profitable for them?! They have to be banking on folks "forgetting" about when their 0% expires, or maybe going over it by a few months. IDK...

Especially while some of the other lenders are trying to rip heads off with transfer fees and BT rates. lol

My guess would be that they think (KNOW) that most people won't quit using their card for purchases during the promotion. They will then rack up interest charges on said purchases unless they completely pay off the entire amount including the transferred balance.

If anyone has called into Navy, is there a balance limit that we are allowed to transfer. Of course I know it can’t surpass your card limit. Just curious if there’s a BT limit.
