      <description>If I take advantage of a completely no fee BT offer&lt;BR /&gt;And I transfer it to a diff account and pay it off a few weeks later does this count also as making heavy usage on a card like a purchase?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In what regard? How the bureau sees it or the issuer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A BT is not a purchase by definition, but it does show activity on the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
