Chase prequalify question?

I've been trying to get prequalified with Chase for a while now. I can never get pre-approval.

I had two chargeoffs back in 2010 that I went back and paid in full in 2015.

And I am currently at 6/24.

Could these be the reasons. My scores are in the 700 to 800 range.

no. unfortunately don't have any Chase branches anywhere near me.

Chase is one of the lenders which NEVER has any offers for me and NEVER auto approves my cc apps. But when I tried I got approved for all cards with the 30 day review message. In the meantime I have 5 Chase cards. I believe it is my address / location which always triggers double pulls and manual reviews. In the meantime I do not worry to much and would be shocked if I would ever get an auto approval
