Is it possible to PC a Citi Diamond Preferred to the Citi Dividend in 2018?

I'd like to add 5% QB cards to my Discover IT and Chase Freedom lineup.

Otherwise, all other suggestions are welcomed ... Thanks for your input!

UPDATE: I've just successfully converted my Citi DP to the Citi Dividend.

The process was painless and will take effect with the next billing cycle.

Yes is your card is a year old and your promo period has ended (although some have success still being under the promo).

From what I can tell that card is no longer available to new applicants. Therefor, I doubt it would be a PC candidate. I certainly stand to be corrected if anyone has other information.

Yes it is still possible to PC. That’s my plan in 2018 as well. Chase Freedom, Discover it, Citi Dividend, and US Bank Cash+ should give me ample 5% opportunities.
