Any one heard of it?

DW got a flyer in the mail yesterday advertising it... the only thing that Google found was an article regarding the cards roll out this summer.

Offering 60 month zero interest for various home improvement projects through the "new" JCPenny Home Services department.

Any idea what bank is issuing the card? Is it Synch or someone else? Any data points yet?

... might have to throw DW out of the garden next month...

I couldn't find much but after poking around the JCP website for a bit, it does exist! I would assume Synch backed, but it doesn't say.

It should be backed by Synchrony Financial . If you go to my sychrony, youll see them talking about home services . I need to go put a charge on my Pennies i remember trying to spend my way into a mc invite. Never happened and way to late to accept even if offered. Still paying for that miscalculation
