If you have a Chase checking acct, you can get them to replace your standard debit card with a Disney debit card. This debit card has all of the discount and Disney perks of the credit cards including the various discounts and accesses that the Disney CCs afford you. I'm not sure, but I suspect that may alleviate your need for a higher credit limit on the CC.

I called about getting an increased line on the card, but they said it would be a hard pull. They did say the card is a flex and you can go above your balance, would exceeding the available balance even if I paid it off hurt my score? I see that one of the amounts reported to the CB’s is maximum balance used. I don’t want to hurt my credit, but debating to use 7k on a 6k Card.

Debit cards do not offer any rewards.

It's the same 1% at worst, and easier to redeem.
