after the $27K co aa/cld on sunday I brushed it off as no big deal but I must be shell shocked subconsciously because when I saw the usps email this am I got a little sweaty under my palms and then a few hours later I get a call from 888-361-1448 with the caller ID of american express and I am omg lol. mind you I seldom, like almost never get mail or calls from any card companies. so I answer and a very professional woman asked if I am me and I respond well that depends is this a happy call ha-ha. she laughs and says in a straight deliberate tone that my account came across her desk and she wanted to personally thank me for being with ax since 85' and wanted to know if I had any questions about any or my cards or did I want to explore their use any further either now of in the future - she would call me back at a later time if I was busy. I kid you not! I tried to compose myself after my HR hitting 200+ and I thanked her for the call and said that I am fine. just please let me keep all my cards lol hahaha. I mean my goodness what next. the letter was just confirming my being an account mgr on someones behalf. crazy. stupid story but I have been up since 430a pst so this is all I got..have a good night all

@Anonymous refer to my hr @ 200 lol - I did ask for her to no af my bgr and she said she will call me back in may after the fee hits to see what she can do. not holding my breath..

I think it's a reference to Capital One, American Express, Adverse Action, Credit Line Decrease, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
