with BoA you can request CLI every 30 days, were you doing it sooner?

if they don't CLI, they don't, move on look into other possibility to meet your needs.

Ok, so I've been like clockwork requesting a CLI from BoA for the past 3 months and nothing. I got the card in September with a $2.5 limit and since january have been requesting CLI and always get the 5-7 day message. But today I realize my Experian is frozen so could that be the reason why I'm always getting denied.

I would unfreeze it and call an analyst. They know you have been hitting the button.
They have given me CLI's every 6 months, not 3 months and I use the card heavily. I don't know if I'm going to ask for a CLI in June because I'm too worried about having my limit slashed.

OP should be getting either a CLI or a letter of denial.
