Question about CITI BTs

Do the BTs have to post by the respond date or do you just need to iniate the transfer by the respond date?

I know that with most issuers the transfer has to post by the BT offer end date. Just wanted to clarify so I know when to iniate the BT.

You've to respond by that date. I've availed their offers many times...what I observed was that even if you were beyond the "offer end date", you can still go on online chat or call them to get the BT..

Ok thanks. Do the timer for the BTs start as soon as you respond/initiate it or does it start the day it posts?

Timer starts from post date. There could be as much as 7 to 10 days difference between the "posted date" and the date the amount hits your bank account or credit card.
