First I've heard of this new Card by backed by Synchrony

6 months 0% apr on airline tickets - usual Sync retroactive interest if not paid in full within the 0-% period. Decent reward structure from I can see, 0% interest is not a bad thing

A search for "cheapoair" shows the card has been around since at least 2016.

Okay, first I've heard of it and a search of MyFico didn't find anything but I might have used "cheapair".

Note I corrected the post for the correct name and found 2 MyFico hits from late 2016 - thanks for that catch.

Right, it's been with SYNCB for a couple years now. They also underwrite the OneTravel CC (similar to Priceline, Orbitz, etc.).
