Amex fico score not updating

I'm getting the score from March 28th which posted on the 29th after the March 25th statement. My last statement cut on April 24th and still haven't seen an April score. Wondering if anyone else is having issues. I thought I remembered someone else talking about it but haven't found any topics.

It sounds like it hasn't even been a week yet since you would have expected to see the score update, so I'd give it a bit more time.

You could contact CS and see what they have to say.

How long have you had the account?

Mine is still reporting from the 31st of March. I still get Experian updates so I haven’t been too worried, yet.

I've had the account for 7 months. I have the score from Experian also 😋 just wondering what the deal was. It's always reported between the 25th-29th of the month...

I find this to be normal for Amex, I've always expected the new score to post during the 2nd week of the following month after pulled date, very similar to Citi's timeline with Bancard 8, Discover is better, usually posts within a week.

Mine still showing from Jan 20. Called twice and was assured it would update within a week.

Mine is still showing from April 4th, which is a bit unusual for me since my score has historically updated several times a month (assuming due to numerous accounts).

Mine says the last update was April 14th. (I had to go look because I was curious.)

Mine is reporting from April 28.

I honestly can't say with certainty if this is 'normal' for me, since I've not paid attention in a few months. I do know that historically I've seen them update at various dates, though.

Since my Amex is new, this was my first score. I have no idea if that'll be my regular update date yet. 😄

DW's also updated April 28th. I just double-checked that mine didn't suddenly update since my last post. I used to pay attention to mine more on Amex, but since I see daily Experian FICO 08 score updates there's not much of a reason for me to see the ones Amex has (unless it was really low for me the last time they pulled and I'm applying for credit with them).

I'd actually been wandering the same thing but forgot about it for a bit. Took a while longer than usual to update but finally got April score, says updated on 4-28. It had been updating a little closer to statement close before this past month so maybe just a system thing for some of us? Try just forgetting about it for a few days and it will show up. Always works after you stop checking.
