Does a CCC have to have the correct Min payment on my statement? or can they put whatever they want? My statment showed a min due of over $450 when in actuality it was only $212.

where you over your limit?

that would cause your min to show your regular min plus what you are currently over your limit.

Call the company and have them correct it. But is it truly an error? Did your APR go up at all? Or is there a fee added in? Most of the time, if you have a fee added to your account, it's due in full with the minimum payment amount.
