Capital One CLI?

How do you get these things with them? I used to be able to contact the eo but not anymore.

Also when do they pull new reports? Is it every 30 days or 60? I tried for a cli end of may and my score has jumped significantly since paying my util to 1% but they are still using my old score from may 29th.

Only way now is to use heavily and get an auto or use the love button.

Agreed - I tried the button yesterday on my QS Visa since it's at the 6-month-age mark, but got turned down pretty much on the spot because "my monthly payments are too low" (which I read as "you haven't been using the card enough"). Since I'm planning to do a card combo by adding my QS MC, it's no skin off my nose, though I'm still going to wait until after the next statement cuts, likely by the end of the week, to see if I get an auto before doing the combo.

EDIT 6/29: Just successfully completed the combination. I guess I'll now have to wait until the end of the year for my next CLI eligibility, but that's no problem - this is now my highest CL at $16K.

I'm in a similar boat so i just checked my most recent credit reports and see Cap1 pulls a report from each CRA monthly. EQ pulls on the last 2 days of the month while TU pulls on the 9th and EX on the 16th of each month. So they pretty much have the month covered for new information.

When I look at my full reports, I don't see monthly soft pulls from Capital One. They might be more like every three months. But that may vary from customer to customer. I've had my cards for over 15 years, so they're probably used to me.

If you call and ask about "account reviews," the front-line rep should be able to tell you when the last one occurred and when the next one is coming.

From my experience, you have to use the card heavily for 3 statements and make at least 3x the due amount. I basically cycled it for 4x the limit every month and got my first requested CLI in almost 3 years. I'm going to test my theory on my other cap1 cards and see if the same happens.

I’ve seen reference to the Luv Button - is it only on the full site or in the app also? And is it only for certain Cap1 cards?

"Luv button" is the "request credit line increase"...button You should find it in the "settings" on the mobile app and in "account services"(the "I want to" button somewhere on the right handside of the screen) on the website. The only cards not eligible should be their secured cards.
